Balloons (5ct)
A set of 5 wood balloon pegs, hand painted in a variety of colors. Each set includes a 3 singular balloon pegs and 2 five-balloon pegs. Use them in conjunction with the cupcake and candle magnet to countdown to a birthday! Or, use them to celebrate the coming of a new bundle of joy!
Clever Fox Crafts strives to used non-toxic paints and to secure small pieces thoroughly. However, all products made by Clever Fox Crafts are to be used under the supervision of parents/adults/care givers and children should NEVER place pieces or parts in their mouths or any other orifices of their bodies. All pieces can be a choking hazard and are not to be used by pets or could ingest the paint and/or wood and cause serious harm. Clever Fox Crafts will not be held liable for any accidents due to the negligence of parents/care givers. Please always be safe and cautious when using our products so everyone can enjoy them.
Each countdown is made to order and therefore requires 5-7 business days before shipping. Starting in September, there may be an additional 5-7 business day delay due to high demand of the holiday season. Please plan accordingly and order your product as soon as possible so as to receive it in time.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item that was received damaged will be refunded or replaced upon request. Please provide pictures of damaged product upon reaching out for an exchange/refund.

Bank Dispute(s)
If you make a dispute with your bank about your order before reaching out to us, we will email/call you and try to resolve the issue, if we do not hear anything from you within 1 week, we will cancel your order if it has not been shipped and let the bank give you your money back after they have resolved the issue. The bank will take the money you paid us and refund it to you. If, however, you answer our attempts to contact you, we will happily resolve any issue or concerns, after you take the dispute down or off.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few (3-5) business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few (3-5) business days.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
